Mannikka Rosa is certified in K-12 education for Students with Disabilities and  Administration and Supervision. She is Highly Qualified in Social Studies K-12. Mannikka received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 2003 with a major in Criminology and Minor in Women's Studies. She went on to continue her education and obtained two masters degrees from George Washington University and The University of Virginia respectively. She currently teaches at Monmouth University with the Department of Special Education in the School of Ed.
